toolcli offers client-side developer utilities delivered via a Nuxt-based web application. We may update, suspend, or remove tools at any time to keep the experience reliable and secure.

We designed the tools for legitimate development, testing, and learning scenarios. You are responsible for the content you input and the results you share.
- Do not upload, process, or distribute content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
 - Do not attempt to compromise the platform, disrupt other users, or reverse engineer our infrastructure.
 - Do not automate requests in a way that degrades service stability or bypasses rate protections.

The toolcli brand, interface, and original content are owned by the maintainers. Provided output remains yours, excluding libraries or third-party assets referenced by the tools. Please keep existing notices intact when sharing generated results.
5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
toolcli is offered on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for a specific purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.
6. Changes and termination
We may revise these terms when we introduce new functionality or legal requirements. Material changes will be highlighted through product updates or notices on this page. We may disable access if you violate these terms or create risk for other users.
